- Initial contact and interview
- Development of proposal
- Signed agreement with payment
- Receipt of requested information
- Phone consultation and site visit date established (recommended)
- Site visits (1-2 days on site) to meet with doctor (owner) and associate(s) individually and collectively, overview of key issues, identify basis for buy
- Submit report
- Submit plan for compensation and buy-in
- Conference call(s) with doctor (owner) and associate
- Development of consensus and agreement of price, terms, conditions, payment and financing
- Submit plan to attorney for drafting
- Completion of buy in with final contracts
